Our broker is very down to earth, easy to talk to and honest. She can answer the questions we have right away and tell you if what you are requesting will benefit you or not.
We made the switch from our old company because of her. She came to talk with us about our old coverage and we found our old broker was not covering all our needs. Being farmers we need to have accurate, dependable coverage, and a broker we can trust to get us the best coverage for as little out of pocket as possible. Our broker has given us the best bang for our buck. She is prompt and willing to help us with all of our needs.

Well, he’s not a little green lizard but he saved me a ton on home & auto insurance! I never knew an insurance broker could make that much of a difference. I thought they were all about the same. Boy was I wrong! Because of laziness & (to borrow a line from the great Han Solo) delusions of grandeur the guy I was about to go with would’ve cost me about 50% more with 1/2 the coverage. Luckily his laziness & incompetence kept me from finalizing. I was going to go with him simply because he was a former coworker & I like to help out people I know. I have learned not to settle. If you need a good insurance broker I got a guy! Thank you Ryan Craig!

…the buyers need house insurance. I gave them your contact info, said you were the best in the business.
Recently my auto insurance renewal came up and it went up over $850.00. I called my broker who was unable to give me an explanation to the increase (which happened every year even though we have had no tickets, accidents or mishaps to cause this nor did we move). Even when we contacted the main company no explanation whatsoever was given and my broker began ignoring me. At this point I called Matt to get a quote from CMR. He was going about helping me when I discovered he was about to have a new baby so I insisted he pass me to one of his co-workers. I then met Crystal.
Crystal listened to my story and agreed that it was strange my insurance would go up with no reason each year. She proceeded to put together a quote for auto and home. To ensure the numbers were accurate she suggested I get a letter of experience from my broker, who refused to do so. Crystal took it upon herself to get me in contact with the ombudsman who got me the letter in an hour. Crystal also took the responsibility to handle cancelling my old policy and putting together the new one. She suggested for us to wait until we got the official quote back from Travelers before she would implement any cancellations (very prudent and professional action). Well today we got everything back and were good to go. (BTW my old broker also uses Travelers but she told me when I was quoted my rates went up….yet I am now with Travelers and my rate went down over $850.00/annual).
Crystal has made this transition an easy “above and beyond” experience for us. More than we ever expected because of her attention to detail and to customer satisfaction you now have a new customer.
The change to CMR was not entirely financial. It was do to incredible customer service. The little things and going the extra mile. In a world where bad news seems to dominate I thought I would take the time to share this good news with you.
